I've been waiting for over 20 hours since last night, and it's a complete mess. I'm about to return the vehicle, and no one has come to help me. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Enterprise. I reserved a vehicle well in advance and was repeatedly told it would be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Each time I arrived, I was informed that no vehicle was available. This happened more than once, and despite confirming my reservation, Enterprise never provided the rental car they promised.
