My recent experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing. Despite being listed as the primary driver, I was never promptly informed that the secondary driver’s use of the vehicle had been extended, and I was later held financially responsible for his actions. Although this is a small location, the agent, Benji gave 5 star service to everyone. The line was long but he took time to acknowledge every customer that came in and periodically apologized for the wait. Exceptional customer service!!!!
Try to book on-line and wouldn't work called in to a person I couldn't hardly understand who told me all all discounts and redeemable points would be awarded at the desk. I get to the desk and the young man told me he cannot apply my discounts and redeemable points. He said it had to be done online. I got the run around and I will be calling in to enterprise to talk to someone directly.
Eve was NOT helpful, said he had a car and when we arrived the car wasn’t available
Enterprise on North Washington Avenue is a great place to rent a car. Very nice people. I am sure it is the best in Sarasota.
