I have used Enterprise many times with only 2 complaints. Two sets of keys are given creating a very bulky package. The other problem is I sometimes need an 8 passenger vehicle. There are 7 or 8 passenger minivans and they cannot guarantee in advance that I would get an 8 passenger model. Other than that they are very nice to deal with and the ride to and from the store is very helpful.
Awesome experience. Brandon and his team were spot on. The vehicle, a Dodge Grand Caravan, was perfect for our needs. That Stow-N-Go feature is great. And the car performed flawlessly. I've rented cars from other companies over the years, but this company and especially this branch has always been a great experience. They go way and beyond to satisfy their customers. I'll be back again & again. Thanks again guys, you're the best.
