The staff at this Enterprise location is helpful and friendly but there is a limited inventory of available vehicles. We rent from Enterprise three months in the winter season and a few short term rentals during the year as well. I have an Enterprise Plus Gold card. I am presently renting a 2015/2016 Ford Fusion, well equipped, but with 40,000 miles on the odometer, a defective exhaust system and worn out rear tires. I have been very happy with my experience renting vehicles through the Clark Rd office. My impression is that the office is very well run. I have dealt with Michelle, Martin, and Andrew and have found them all to be courteous, efficient, and very professional. The renting process is always quick and easy. Overall Enterprise Rent-A-Car has great vehicles, good rates, and excellent customer service.
Waited at the Mercedes dealership for only five minutes, shuttle guy took me back to Enterprise, sighed the the paperwork, and I had my rental car in five minutes. Thank you Enterprise!! Brad L.
My car was ready when I got there. I was told it had 1/4 tank of gas and that is how I should return it. It drove well. I wish they had showed me how the cruise control worked. It took me awhile to figure it out.
They really helped me out and gave me an even better deal!!
