If I could provide a 10 star review this location (Enterprise Maumee, Ohio) would have it! The rental team (Josh and Taylor) were friendly, accommodating, and sincere. My trip started and ended in a frustrating was, however this location was the bright spot to my exhausting and frustrating excursion. They will definitely receive my service in the future.
I left my car on the Enterprise lot. When I returned, as I was checking in, I noticed that the front bumper of my car was hanging on the ground. I commented about this. One staff replied, "yeah, I noticed that a few days ago." There was a dent in the front fender and the front bumper had been shattered. Clearly, my car had been hit while parked on the lot of Enterprise during my rental period. I took photos and contacted customer service.
