Excellent customer service. They were quick and made the process seamless.
The car was ready for me 30 min after the scheduled pickup time. It smelled like dirty clothes masked by vanicherry scent. I started driving and I noticed the tank was 1/2 full. Nobody warned me. I returned it with 1/2 gas tank full. Some wheels needed balancing. The car vibrated 3.5 hours each way to where I went tor a meeting, that I arrived late to. Awful.
Unfortunately had to rent because of car repairs - fortunately rented from Enterprise in East Rochester and the friendliness, service, car quality and helpfulness were all excellent. Definitely would choose them again.
