Renting a economy auto,non electric or hybrid that recorded 48 mph
I had a car accident on Wednesday and on Thursday everything was taken care of in no time. The adjuster was at my house and the rental car was at Hoselton when I dropped mine off to get fixed. Very nice and helpful people!!! Would use them again and recommend them to everyone!!
This is my go-to rental location and I have always had a very positive experience overall. Staff is efficient, courteous and helpful. I've had some car "adventures" (flat tire on the interstate, chipped windshield) when renting their cars, but none of these were due to a fault in the cars. What mattered to me was that Enterprise staff dealt with the issues smoothly and generously, which is why I keep going back.
