Just happened: We had a prepaid reservation through Costco for Saturday March 28 at 1:00 PM. We arrived at 1:30 PM and couldn’t pick up our car because the office was closed. We parked there and tried calling to arrange another vehicle, but we were in a critical situation and needed the car before Sunday 6:00 AM. After about an hour waiting and negotiating outside the office, an employee finally appeared out of the closed office. The man who set up my car rental was very friendly and informative. The man who presented the detailed car to me took the time to help explain to me how to use CarPlay. Nick and Noah were very helpful and efficient when I returned the car after my trip. This was my fourth rental with Enterprise in East Rochester and I have always been a satisfied customer. I definitely plan to use them for my future car rental needs.

I needed a rental, and everyone on the team was right on into getting me into one! Evan and his team were willing to get me into a style of vehicle I needed right away and even transported me from the Carstar down the street to their building. The process of signing the papers and getting the keys was painless, and the car itself was a very nice ride.
