Absolute worst car rental experience I've ever had.
I’ve had great experiences renting from Enterprise. The process is easy, the cars are clean and reliable, and the staff is generally helpful. They make renting hassle-free, and I’ll keep coming back whenever I need a vehicle.
Was simple from start to finish. Made my reservation online, someone called me the day before to confirm, went to pick it up day of. The young man behind the counter was super professional, very personable and polite. Walked me out to the car, did the walk through, handed me the keys and I was on my way all in less than 10 minutes. On return day I didn't realize they didn't open until 8, but that was no problem.
