We needed to rent a car to travel to visit my parents as my mother is transitioning into home hospice care at end of life. The trip dates landed right in line with the 4th of July holiday, which is obviously a very busy time for enterprise. Had a reservation booked with points because I'm a frequent mentor I get here and he says he's not allowed to use my points and he wouldn't give me a car he said because I have a debit card and I live out of state. He stranded Us in Delaware I had to pay for an Uber stay away from this company stay away from this location. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We had a 10:00 a.m. reservation, arrived a little early, and still waited over an hour with two toddlers before receiving our vehicle. During that time, we were offered a smaller car for a $20 discount, but we declined because we needed enough space for two car seats.
