Picked up my rental car yesterday. It was running with the windows down and a/c on so I didn’t notice the smell until I was out on the road, cigarettes! I’m so angry! I had an event to get to then so I wasn’t able to go back. The car smells, it’s dirty and has dings and scratches everywhere. Never again!!!
