Manny & Klaus were very helpful and professional in assisting me. My rental call Dodge Durango smelled like weed throughout the entire vehicle. The windows weren't cleaned especially the back window it was fogged probably from the smoke. Manny was accommodating and fair. Rental cars are expensive so they could at least be rinse off and made sure the windows are cleaned for safety. Renters should not have to clean a vehicle they pay hundreds of dollars for. Better communication and clarity are needed regarding your corporation and the third party (Priceline). I paid for insurance via Priceline and then when I got to Enterprise, I was told they don't cover the car. I then had to purchase Enterprise insurance for the car, which, by the way, is much higher than Priceline's. I had to cancel and get a refund from Priceline due to incorrect information. Not a great experience, but the car was nice.
