My rental was booked through Progressive and was so different from my previous experience at the Opelousas, LA location in March. Once Progressive booked my second rental, this location called me right away to ask when I would be able to pick it up. I didn’t have to call ALL DAY and send family members to the office just to make sure it was available. Insurance rentals cannot be confirmed online, so having someone reach out to me was so helpful!
