Enterprise Rent a Car in Green Ohio provided great service for my rental car needs. The staff is top notch, in and out quickly and very happy with the vehicle I drove. I highly recommend them for your rental car needs.
After an initial hitch (late picking me up), the customer service reps bent over backwards to ensure I was happy. I was very satified with the car and its performance (a free upgrade due to the hitch), and the reps were incredibly courteous, accomadating, and understanding. I would definitely consider using them again.
I would NEVER Recommend renting from this company! I was charged $368.13 for insurance. The vehicle total cost was to be paid by Take 5 oil change company due to their negligence by not putting a oil filter in my vehicle and that caused my engine to cease. Take five rented a vehicle from enterprise for me temporarily until the Claims process was completed. Rented a minivan here for my family of 5 (with a very pregnant wife) for a long vacation to and from Florida. A few minor things didn't go right with the car on the trip, but the customer service made up for it easily. Gabrielle, and Theodore were both incredibly helpful and positive as well. Will definitely rent from here again, and specifically go to this location for it. They understand a little bit of help can go a long way, especially when they do it with understanding and grace!
