Update. Hi. I am now waiting on customer service to respond to the info I sent them last week and address this issue. I am now waiting Hi. I waited 3 weeks for invoice Manager Sarah stated I would get asap in order to pay and get reimbursed. When I called several times for 5 days the location forwarded by call to other location that could not help with me questions. Zero Stars. Had 10:00 reservation for a carin Laguna. Called local number to arrange pickup 15 times between 8 am when they opened and 8:40 when phone was finally answered by Newport. They said they would pick me up at 10, which of course will make me late to my next appointment. By 10:20 they hadn't arrived so I called local office and they said they called me twice to confirm.
