Victor is extremely unprofessional. This has been one of the biggest hassles I’ve ever dealt with in a rental experience. Every step has been full of confusion and back-and-forth. On the phone, I was given conflicting information — lots of hemming and hawing, talking in circles, and being told things couldn’t be done, only to have those things later changed. Update. Hi. I am now waiting on customer service to respond to the info I sent them last week and address this issue. I am now waiting Hi. I waited 3 weeks for invoice Manager Sarah stated I would get asap in order to pay and get reimbursed. When I called several times for 5 days the location forwarded by call to other location that could not help with me questions.
