The process was very smooth. The car we received was really nice
The rep Patrick on Florida blvd by flannery was very helpful, got me In a vehicle, it made some noises and he did everything to help find me one that didn't make noise. (The day after we had many vehicles around Baton Rouge flood) Highly recommend him if you need someone to help.
Excellent experience from the pickup to the drop off. No issues with the car or anything. Constant contact with the insurance company, very professional. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again.
