The service was excellent. We went to the Holyoke office on N. Hampton St. and the manager Nick took care of us very well. It was kind of a quick in and out and they helped us considerably during our stressful situation. Thank you for your understanding and getting us a car Rental in a difficult situation
Maleysha is the best clerk i had with getting my rental she hook me up wt a nice mazda 2024 had it for almost 4 weeks while my car was getting fixed and it was a pleasure to meet this young lady hope I spelled her name right. She was super niceeeeeee she didnt let me go till the company at fault payed for my rental that day thank you girl
Malasia is a treasure! (Probably spelled that wrong, I'm so sorry!) There were some hiccups getting the car I needed but she was communicative, kind, and made sure I got there I had to be. Very appreciative of her hard work and kindness!
