I had a car accident and needed a rental for a few weeks. I always go back to this enterprise branch because the customer service is top notch and their rentals are well maintained!
This company does things super backwards no communication they wait until the last minute to tell you they dont have what you booked I work for a company that uses ALOT of rentals and this has happened numerous times.. on several occasions, I've scheduled a certain vehicle. They have called me 10 minutes before they close to tell me they don't have the vehicle, and they can't do anything about it. And that I need to take a smaller one. This company is super unreliable. Always a quick & pleasant visit. From booking to checking in to return, the staff is always helpful, pleasant and thorough. On several occasions I've called to extend the rental for another day or more & there's never an issue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for car or truck rentals. 5☆ isn't enough. Try (10)
