I use the Dunwoody Village (Ga) location and they absolutely are the best location i have ever dealt with. I travel often and each and every time I rent a car from this location, the staff is always friendly, efficient and thorough. they are my go to location and now use Enterprise exclusively in other parts of the country because of the service I received in Dunwoody. Matt, Greg and team are the best, Period!
We received very timely service. The staffs were extra helpful. Check in and check out process was seamless. Dropped the keys in dropbox and got the receipts in the email. I like that kind of no hassle service. Highly recommend them to anyone including self.
What will determine a positive experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the staff members and professionalism and consistency is key. My previous rental was at the Dunwoody, GA location. My first contract was not right, because the staff person misunderstood what I came to do. After rewriting a new contract 30+ days later, things went much smoother.
