Anthony was very nice and polite. Good experience so far. I just picked up my rental vehicle today.
Contacted their Reno location for insurance claim repairs rental. Confirmed my reservation and told I was to call back at 3:00 for a 3:30 pick-up. At 3:00, I called for my pick-up to the call immediately went to hold and after 35 minutes on hold the phone disconnected. Called back and again straight to hold prior to being disconnected.
