My family’s experience renting here was awful. The person that rented out the car to us did not understand Enterprise’s policies and, among other mistakes, mentioned that at the time of returning the vehicle we would be reimbursed for any fuel above the level that it was initially rented at. That was not true -we were not reimbursed for the extra fuel. Pick-up and drop-off was a breeze! The staff was communicative and very helpful (I especially appreciate the flexibility with a 1-2 hr late drop off). Shout-out to Garret for his professionalism and excellent customer service.
The enterprise on Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland was absolutely wonderful. I was greeted by their representative there. He was completely nice kind and just knowledgeable about the vehicles that they had. He made sure that he asked me a question in reference to my family and who the car was going to fit so he made sure I got a car that would fit my family comfortably.
