I really appreciated the the drop off and pick up to my vehicle. They were also kind and made everything seamless.
Enterprise is a great place to rent a car. We went and got a car and within 15 minutes we were out the door with the rental. Justin at the Hurstbourne Parkway location is amazing, he was so helpful and very informative. He helped us to have a really great experience.
Buyer beware! Google search for other horrible reviews, I am not alone. Be aware once you give them your credit card even if another insurance company is paying for the rental they are still going to hit you with charges. I have wasted endless hours fighting with my CC company to get them reversed and its not looking good. Very unethical business here!
