I've rented from them previously, without issue. Today, I made a reservation. I got a confirmation number. I was ON MY WAY TO THE LOT when they call and say they have no availability for the entire day. If there's no inventory, then I shouldn't be able to book it. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
The Columbus Indiana branch has majorly gone downhill. I have used them multiple of times. The last couple of rentals have been a nightmare.
