The staff is great. Very responsive. Service with a smile. On the other side, though. Please fix the huge holes in the main drive.
Friendly staff and competitive prices but the cleanliness of the vehicles could be much better.
One star is too many. The front entry at the Franklin location stinks like rotted grease. We had a reservation for a car only to arrive to be told that the car was given to someone else and that another car would be available in 30 minutes. It was a complete waste of my time. Service agent was less than friendly.
We did online register a week and half before our vacation trip down south. We requested a mid sized or larger SUV. We wanted this specific vehicle because of back issues and the drive would be long. We recieved a voicemail shortly before we were to pick our vehicle on the day we were leaving. We were busy finishing packin and didn't get VM. Once we got to enterprise we were notified they didn't have any SUV's available but we could pick from 3 different cars. We didn't want a car because they sit too low and kill my back. W... read more
