I picked up my rental car for our Florida vacation today. They had two alternate vehicles prepared for us.Since my vehicle type was not available. They gave us something with a little more room and it is very comfortable. We noticed that the car needed to be run through the car wash and it needed to be fueled to full and they very happily took care of that for us. I overall was very pleased with our experience with this location.
I reserved a vehicle 4 months ago. When I called to verify my vehicle was going to be there, they told me the windshield was cracked and they didnt have another vehicle like i wanted and didnt know is they could get another one in time for me to leave. This is not the dirst time something like this has happened.
Online reservations are very easy, and once you go in to pick up the vehicle, it's a fast and smooth process. The staff is very helpful and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes before I have the keys and on my way.
