I rent from Enterprise locations weekly and have Executive status. This location has always met or exceeeded my expectations until recently. I'm not sure if they have new management or the staff desperately needs training regarding customer service. I had a reservation and was informed upon arrival after (searching and waiting for any employee) that they had no vehicles available and the employee was unhelpful and told me to source my own rental from another location.
The staff is great. Very responsive. Service with a smile. On the other side, though. Please fix the huge holes in the main drive.
Friendly staff and competitive prices but the cleanliness of the vehicles could be much better.
