First time renting and the Staff was polite kind and showed me all I needed to know.
Crappy service. My car was not available. Gave me a very small car as opposed the SUV I booked. An employee named Mason remarked “No sweat off my back….”. I rent here weekly but will not do so again. Oh, not only was I not given an equal or better vehicle, was forced to wait for more than an hour despite doing Enterprise on-line check in. I figure I spend 4K a month on renting vehicles, which lis about 500,000 dollars over a 10-year period that will be going elsewhere.

This is the second time in a row that these people have ripped us off. Both vehicles were very nice but THEY AREN’T SERVICED so the first time we couldn’t keep air in the tire the second time the AC blew hot air. So so frustrating. Spent half a day of our 4 day vacation at the Firestone getting the AC recharged on this brand new Mitsubishi. There’s no excuse Edit: Now this vehicle’s tire is going flat!!! Aired it up twice now
