I’ve never had a bad experience with Enterprise. They are my go to for rentals when I need one and I’ve bought three cars from them. The guys are the MSP Enterprise were swamped (the other rental counters were near empty). They were holding it together very well and continued to provide an excellent customer experience throughout. My hats off to them.
Signage very poor. Hard to find return, no signage to locate rental car.
Customer service person displayed a blasé attitude and was somewhat curt.
Everything flowed extremely well!
