Our car rental was good ! car was roomy and ran great no problems. Only 1 thing We didn't like and kept us from giving you 5 stars was , The rental was Full of dog or cat hair ! (I HATE DOG and CAT HAIR ! ) Who ever was suppose to clean /vacuum the car or whom ever was suppose to inspect it , didn't do thier Job ! Hopefully next time ? You can earn the 5 star ?
My Minnesota Van was excellent, well kept clean new van. The whole experience was amazing and effortless. One of the best rental car experiences.
I had a very good experience renting from Enterprise. The online check in process was easy and the staff at MSP was friendly and efficient. I just wish the cleaning crew had cleaned the inside of the windshield.
I’ve been renting for three years straight and service is great!!!!
