If you enjoy being told a car is available when it isn't....repeatedly....and being told to "sit down and be patient" then this is the place for you. Told 3 times a car was there for me when it wasn't....and not one word of apology for their incompetence.

If at all possible will never use this location for a rental again. I was in the area on business from out of town. I contacted them to arrange for a rental due to an accident that morning. I asked if they would be able to pick me up at the tow truck place. They put me on hold for quite a while. During that time I had to hear their add about how they will always go the extra mile for their customers. Acted like it was a major problem to pick us up from dealership, when picked up they came in a car that was not appropriate for three people to fit in and was not careful driving and had music blaring. When arrived at the enterprise shop we were told they needed $25 down, when we were not told on the phone that we would need anything. Not impressed.

Fast, very professional staff. Everything was taken care of beforehand, I came in early to make sure I had all documentation needed. The car I chose was perfect for me, and renting a car was hassle free for me from here. Others experiences may vary, but I will use them again. Thanks!

Somebody hit my car going 50MPH; I was at a dead stop. That was less painful and less stressful than getting a rental car from these people.
