I worked with Carolyn and she was very thorough, friendly and patient. She was very detailed about the service from beginning to end.
Extremely disappointing customer service. I had a confirmed reservation and called ahead of time to let the location know I was running late. When I arrived, I was told there would be a one-hour wait. I simply asked why I would have to wait that long despite having a reservation. Instead of providing an explanation or trying to resolve the situation, the manager became involved and told me that because she felt my tone was disrespectful toward her staff, she would cancel my reservation. I had the worst experience today, 09/11/26. I had a car reservation, yet I was informed that no car was available for me—despite having a reservation number. I wouldn't recommend renting here to anyone; they are irresponsible and lack professionalism in their dealings with customers.
The worst place to rent a car i got robbed lost 700 don't rent from this location unless you want to lose money.
The young man that helped me was kind and polite and professional.
