I love this location and the Macon GA one on riverside. I rent a lot of cars from this specific location and the pre mentioned one. The team here is always professional. Jay the manager runs a tight ship. I have a location near me in aventura and I still drive to this location for their professionalism. Same as the Macon GA location on riverside. I won’t rent at any other locations and much less company other than enterprise.

I gave it a one star because I don’t have the option of giving it a negative 1 star. I rented a pick up truck last Thursday from the Miami Lakes, Florida location. I rented a specific car for specific needs. I rented this car for almost a week. On Saturday morning, the check engine came on with Strong shaking of the car.
