Rented a car for 2 weeks but I only used it for a few days and I had the car retrieved from a dealership. Never received an email confirmation of pick-up or final bill. Had to contact customer service multiple times throughout the week and then 7 days later a resolution was achieved. I was finally charged, but I did not receive an email with my final charges. So I was billed but I am unclear as to what I was billed for. Very dissatisfied with my service.
