Vehicle wreaked of weed smell, didn't even attempt to mask it. The center glovebox was broken and I had to turn around and inform them, since they didn't say anything. The backseat passenger cupholder held remains of backwoods blunt papers. It's seems to me as nobody in the staff there has any attention to detail or cares for the lack of effort in such an easy task when renting out a vehicle to a consumer.
Very fast and easy process. I needed a car after a hit and run and using this enterprise location made the process easy. Malik Awan explained everything well and was very helpful.
Scott was the gentleman that helped me he was very kind and detailed. Called me when he had a car that was suitable for me. Met in person he was very helpful and easy to talk to. Thank you Scott for all your help i truly appreciated all your help.
I rented a midsize SUV from the Elmwood Park Enterprise branch for a week family trip. Scott & Malik assisted me in the rental process and were very helpful to my needs & concerns. The pickup process was quick and easy. The 2025 Hyaundai Tucson was clean and had the room I needed for my family. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the entire experience was.
