There is a lot of room for improvement I think it is from the corporate level Better systems need to be in place time management and employees. I think the biggest thing that they need to work on is there should be a VIP membership remember people who really want their time management on their hand will appreciate that, however, there will always be some type of cost for that VIP special service so you don’t have to wait even though you set your reservation months ahead.
