The wait time to pickup the car was longer than 20 mins. It seemed the location was backed up. Also the car, could have been cleaned better. It appeared that wash wasn't a wash but a rinse instead. The car itself had some dings and scratches. But for our purpose that didn't matter. They did point that out to us during the inspection prior to taking the car so we did appreciate that. When we arrived to pick up our reserved economy car, we noticed it was missing its hub caps.
