It's always something with this place... I had a reservation for Monday at 8am. When I verified the reservation on the previous Friday, I warned them that my Driver's License was damaged and they reassured me that as long as they can scan it it would be no problem. I get there Monday after driving down from Big Bear, and the manager tells me they cannot accept my ID. Don’t ever go here customer service so bad deserve no star returning car there took almost 2 hrs of waiting this place sucks big time

If I could give no stars I would waited 3 hours to get a car long lines phones ringing off the hook no staff
