I rented at this enterprise location twice within 2 weeks. The first time I booked a van and I had to wait for almost 3 hours. The second time I booked a midsize sedan and they said they didn’t have the car available so they gave me two options either to upgrade to a SUV for $40 more or wait for more than an hour. So much time wasted!!
Great cars, good price, Great Service
The customer service was great at this location! Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience from getting the car to checking it back in. Will definitely be coming back on my next trip!
Bad service I was scheduled to pickup up a rental from my job @1:00pm I showed up 10 minutes before and end up leaving almost 2 hours after because they forgot to save a vehicle and when I asked about it they got mad.
