I've recently rented a car from this Taylor, Mi. branch on a few occasions...The management and staff are extremely polite and very professional...Upon retuning my rental, the manager always asks me if there's anything they could do differently to make my experience better...The service is second to none, and I highly recommend this branch! I'll go out of my way to frequent this location...
They picked me up within 10mins. like they said they would. Brought back home after rental was returned as well. All employees were very cordial and were very helpful and knowledgeable. Steve was kind and curtious. Also had a problem with locked egnition and Nick? at the service/problem center was great and after jiggling steering wheel was on my way again. Monique and Ryan love to ripp people off. Especially if they dont know you and both have the worst customer service I have experienced. They tell you one thing and do another I was suppose to receive a certain amount of money back from my deposit but no one explained that you have to have your vehicle back at a certain time to do so, also when I was charged another day and I didnt even have the vehicle for the extra day I was charged. I was referred to this location because some work needed to be done on my vehicle. All the workers were professional and friendly. They each spoke to me when they entered the office. The person helping me asked all the right questions to get me the vehicle I needed. I have 4 kids and needed something bigger than a sedan. The agent searched all enterprise databases.
