We have always experienced wonderful personal service, pricing, availability, and safe automobile rentals from our local Enterprise office at 1249 Park Avenue, Orange Park, Florida. On this particular occasion, LUC LAFORGE was the gentleman who assisted us with reserving, picking up, and returning our Pacifica rental, and he was nothing short of AMAZING! NOPE. Worst experience so far. And we rent vehicles all over the country for thousands of people. Will not be doing business again. If I reserve a large vehicle for 7 people, guess what I expect to be given to me? Not handful of excuses and no heads up to make alternate plans. You dropped the ball. A stupid discount will never bring our business back for ourselves or our business. You should have honored the agreement.
Run away. ... Rented a large suv and they gave us a crappy plastic Jeep that couldn't fit everyone. So I had to drive my personal car to another base out of state.
The Worst. Don't trust them. They won't have the car you actually rented. They downgrade you to a tiny car that can't fit everyone. That's why we reserved a large suv
Don't waste your time. It's a bait and switch. They let you reserve a large suv but stick you with a Barbie Jeep when you get there.
