Kept my 50$ deposit for gas and charged me an extra 36$ after drop off. They're only supposed to keep the 50 if you don't fill it all the way back up but they are just making charges on my card without my knowledge. Will be disputing and never using this sorry company again.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Enterprise location. I would NOT recommend this location or doing business with them. Based on my experience, I did not find their practices transparent or honest, and I strongly recommend taking your business to another rental car company. I was assisted by Josh Pineiro, the manager. I specifically asked about the cost of the rental and was told that my insurance would cover it and that my portion would be around $30 and some change. Been using Enterprise for years and I have no issues, complaints or dissatisfaction. My customer service experience at every location I’ve use has been exceptional.
I rented here because my 2015 car required work. Avery was welcoming, professional and patient with my initial renting. These traits were necessary as the Tucson I was assigned intimidated me with its electronics! Three days later, Josh calmed me down when the dashboard lit up with warnings of extreme low tire pressure and he directed me to a local shop who fixed everything!
