Everytime you call this location they dial buttons in your ear instead of talking. Very rude & unprofessional. If you at work answer the phone and TALK! Don’t dial buttons in someone ear to avoid speaking. Check the call recordings!

☆☆☆☆ This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at an Enterprise. I made a reservation for a full-size SUV three weeks in advance at another Enterprise location. When I arrived there, they couldn’t honor my reservation and told me to check other nearby Enterprise branches. I went to the Blanding Boulevard location in Jacksonville, where multiple full-size SUVs (5 Full size SUVs) were sitting in the parking lot.
