Nissan of Orange Park set me up with a vehicle through enterprise while my car was being worked on. Enterprise put me in a Nissan rogue, immediately when getting in it I smelled cigarette smoke- I asked Larry who was assisting me if he smelled it as well and he reassured me he couldn’t and also has a sensitive nose. By the next day I called to report again that I am continuously smelling cigarette smoke and am currently pregnant along with being a severe asthmatic. New manager Josh is rude as well as staff. Hangs up on customers. Never had issues with the manager Muhammad that was promoted. Zero stars for unprofessionalism. Bad new management.
