Avery Thornton took awesome care of us, he got me the chevy Malibu full size car I had reserved 2 weeks in advance from the Starke location. I got to Starke location on day of pick-up and they didn’t have it tried giving me a compact size. But Avery in Orange Park made our vacation awesome with the right car, and his awesome personality. Highly recommend this location.

Staff was extremely professional! Have had to rent a lot of cars lately and this has been the best place I have rented from in JAX. No joke. Came in after neighboring car rental just decided to cancel my reservation and they were so quick to help. It was a breath of fresh air…to receive excellent customer service. If you need a car in JAX, this is the spot!!!
