Renting was very easy and convenient. I was picked up the repair facility by Enterprise and brought to my rental car. When my car was repaired and ready to be picked up, I drove the rental car to the repair facility and dropped it off while I was picking up my car.
The best service I have ever had . I had 2 toddlers with me and they made the trip so much more easier no hassles. Car was super clean and the deposit and stuff was eaisy
Disappointed to say the least and after this encounter most likely will not be coming back . I normally don’t have any issues but maybe I’ve been renting at this location too long because the young manager flat out told me on the phone I’ll have to wait because another employee was speaking with a returning customer as if I don’t get rentals monthly and have been for months . Last I checked I’m a returning customer as well but now I won’t be .
