I visited and rented from the 103rd street location in Jacksonville, FL. The staff was amazing and the prices were great.
Have been renting from them for over 8 years. Then the 1st time my wife goes there without me. They tried taking advantage of her. Tried to overcharge for vehicles you would pay half price for online. Then they mentioned holiday price. Its September 26th. What holiday would that be? Then got an attitude with me before it was all said and done. I had my wife put him on the phone. Will never use them again. I'll travel a few extra miles for good service.
I absolutely love this location.The staff is always amazing. I always have a quick and easy check in & out.
