My recent experience with Enterprise was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. My car broke down unexpectedly, and I urgently needed a rental to go out of town the next morning. My family reserved a car for me through Enterprise the night before—pickup scheduled for 7:30 AM. Excellent customer service after having such a breakdown dealing with Hertz, trying to hold $500 on my debit card because I don't have a major credit card anymore. Waited days to get my money back on my card. That's the problem with Americans now, with credit card debt!! Enterprise was a breath of fresh air. I was in and out in no time, going on my trip and back safely. Thank you, Enterprise!
It was an awesome experience. The staff was prompt. The process of me picking up the vehicle and returning it was quick. The 15 passenger van was affordable, comfortable, and roomy. I will rent it again in the future.

Another location, same story. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. No matter what location, no agent is able to assist regarding any issues after rental is issued, unless it's mechanical. I have been on the phone with CSR 4 times today told I can get help at any branch. Well I showed up and nothing. Not even a, let me see what we can do.
