For a car rental service charging premium rates, I expected polished professionalism. Instead, the employee’s attitude and presentation were unpolished, and on top of that, the car wasn’t properly clean when I received it. Won't be using this location EVER again. Short female,light skin with 2 crusty ponytails (she looks mixed) needed combing look like she didn't put much effort into showing up to work to look the part or smell the part. Unfortunately, I just had a very disappointing experience here. I had a reservation for 11am pickup(they even called me yesterday and confirmed I was coming at 11am and I said yes I will be there) Then I arrive and this snarky representative at the desk said the car was getting an oil change and that I just needed to wait for 30 minutes. This would have been fine if I had been called and warned that it would be ready later than 11am. Very unhelpful and dismissive. Reserved a large suv online. Arrived on time to be informed they dont have any at this location. When asked why would it allow me to book it, I was told 'I don't know". Very rude peoole at the front desk. Was told to drive to different locations to see if they have large SUV. Worthless customer seevice..
Never has any cars. Always have to wait and God forbid you catch a flat after getting one.
Auful customer service, billed me for services i did not authorize.
