location poorly staffed (one employee); rental return location unmarked (you're supposed to take a ticket and park in the garage); front door kept locked (you're supposed to enter through back door in garage); and staff doesn't pick up phone

Came here to pick up a car. had to walk through garage to the back. when getting the rental car, the car was soaking wet. Smelled inside then there was even empty coffee cup that the guy did put my trash can in. once I got it to my house and it was dry as i've dents all over it , which I did call enterprise , and they did not charge me additional. Rotten customer service I wouldn’t rent a car from here. I called to verify time and rental procedures for a last-minute reservation. The man who answered the phone was very dismissive and rude. Told me that he didn’t know when my car would be ready (I made my reservation online ) and that he had to help other people who had reservations before me. I understand my reservation was last minute, but there could’ve been a better way to tell me in a more professional manner. Frustrated I called the main line to see if they could ... read more
