Horrible service. Recently in a car accident and had a rental reserved for me through State Farm. When I arrived they had no cars available. Told me they would call me and never heard back from them. Called several times to see if I could pick up a vehicle the next day. Couldn’t even bother to talk to me on the phone and just hung up on me after being on hold 15 minutes at a time. Staff very rude and unprofessional, called in to get help with cancelling reservation due to that location not having rentals available and they picked up the phone left me on hold multiple times and then I had to continue to call back and they then proceeding to answer the phone and hang up before I could say anything regarding this matter MULTIPLE TIMES ! Keep your peace and just go to another location where staff can handled these type of situations with a level of professionalism and maturity.
Gave away my rental on morning of rental. Hung up on me when I asked for the regional manager. Lied about over booking. Trash business. I will take this to corporate.
The vehicle we reserved was not available at the time we reserved it for. Still not available 2 1/2 hours later!
