Absolutely ridiculous experience with the Enterprise location on Duval Road. I had a confirmed reservation for 12:00 p.m. and received a phone call only 30 minutes before pickup telling me there were no cars available. Apparently, despite requiring customers to select pickup and return times when making reservations, this location somehow had no idea when any vehicles would be returned. My vehicle was ready for pickup when I arrived and the representative was very courteous and happy to explain the different features on the car. The same representative assisted me with the return and the process was just as quick and smooth. I’ll use this location in the future rather than competing with travelers at the airport.
Great experience! Ask for HD! Stocky black bald dude! He’s the greatest! Downtown enterprise is definitely where I’d go for my rental needs! HD was so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! He made my experience smooth and easy! Give that man a raise!
