This is the worse enterprise to go to. We had a whole trip planned. Picked up a car the night before to make it to our destination bright and early and it gave us an issue. Another fun fact the car wasn’t even washed when we went to go pick it up and it broke down on us midway. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION! They do not check the cars before handing them to you as per Brianna who also works there. “Unless a client brings it to their attention”, what kind of service is this? Save yourself the disappointment.
Received the invoice by email. Noticed additional charges which were not conveyed at the time of rental. Ended up paying almost $40 per day additional. They did not inform us of charges for additional driver as well as per day charges for driver under 24. If such charges are informed in advance, then we have the discretion to opt out it. Disappointed.
everyone at enterprise was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the process, the car itself was perfectly clean. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a rental
I am absolutely appalled by the false accusation that I smoked or had tobacco in the rental vehicle. There is zero evidence to support this claim, yet I’m being told that tobacco was found in the car. This is completely inaccurate and unacceptable. I did not smoke, nor was there any tobacco in the vehicle during my rental period. I take great care of any vehicle I use, and to be treated this way—without any proof—is not only disappointing, it feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of the situation.
