Staff at west Hempstead were amazing
Normally Enterprise has been good for me but this trip/reservation has been a disaster and it's not over yet. Picked up my SUV, it was just returned, so they cleaned it up and have it to me. About 2 hours later on the open road I hear a hard clanging noise from under the chaise. It gets worse the longer im driving. I make it to my destination with my 91 year old Mom. Taking her to see family while she still can, recent loss in our family. I called the 800 number (local locations close half days on Saturday and all day Sunday... read more
