I’m not the one to review, but after dealing with this location… having enterprise over charge me for the rental, giving me different dates on when it’s covered until, not having available cars, & mo clear information given (like the price per day)… i don’t know if it’s just being understaffed or what but this experience makes me never want to deal with enterprise… i was given a vehicle that still had stale pretzels under the seats and it needing maintenance with staff just saying keep driving it until the contract is done… ... read more

I had an excellent experience at this Enterprise location, and I want to recognize Isaiah for his outstanding customer service. When I arrived for my rental, the office was experiencing major computer system issues that prevented the rental process from working normally. Instead of simply telling customers to come back later or saying there was nothing he could do, Isaiah immediately went into problem-solving mode.
