I had a bad experience at 6902 Eastern Avenue location. This Middle River location helped me and went above and beyond the call. Thank you to Mr. Thomas and Mr. Jeremie!
I had rented a SUV from there and they ended up giving ne the new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 😍 it was such a pleasure to be able to drive it, once it was finally time to return it I was so saddened about it because it was so much fun to drive , a big shout out to Christian for being so pleasant and helping me with the return process, I look forward to renting a car from them again .

I will never use Enterprise again . I paid out of pocket and was told I had to put down a $300 security deposit, which would be returned to my bank card when they received the car back provided the car was returned in the condition I received it. I did return the car on time without any damage however,they still kept the $300 and charged my bank card without my permission for an extra day. They are also short staffed.
Good Customer Service,Very Patient,Very Helpful,Very Understanding only one time things didn't go right unfortunately but overall I will give them 5 Stars
