Great experience with customer service, staff was very friendly. However I had an incident where I had a car rental for a week and forgot my headphones in the car. I checked my phone for the last known location which indicated I left it in the car rental I used. After calling the staff and reporting the headphones, they told me another person picked up the car and that I'd have to wait until they returned it. I rented a car from Enterprise through my insurance, and overall it was a good experience. I was given a 2025 Audi Q3 with a very low co-pay (around $10), which felt fair for the value. The car itself was decent, though it had a minor sensor issue, so the blind spot feature wasn’t working. Aside from that, everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Overall, a solid experience.

Poor communication and they allow you to reserve vehicles that they don't actually have.
My car was in a no fault accident recently and the other person’s insurance chose Enterprise for my rental. New to me because whenever I rent I normally go to National. Anyway, even though I had a Tahoe the insurance company would only allow me to get an intermediate size car. I called the Enterprise in Middle River, Maryland to see if that size was available and they told me yes. I headed right over.
