The customer service is amazing and employees are personable from the start to finish which makes for an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend renting from Enterprise to friends and family.
I couldn't have the truck that was on the lot because it was reserved. It didn't matter that I also had a reservation for a truck but was told to pick from a much smaller selection. I finally got a truck from another location which also fed me misleading information regarding changing vehicles. I could say more regarding the reservation and the misleading information that is told to me but I value my time. Very rude assistant manager. The car was not available that had reservation. He lied that I am not entitled to an upgrade due to non availability
