Clean and good car with outstanding customer service easy to pick up and return
I was literally bussed here after an extensive wait at another Enterprise that despite having a reservation from my insurance company for a rental car...didn't not reserve me a car and had none by close of day. After an hour waited we were bussed to Middle River. This location tried to tell me the lower grade rental they then attempted to assign me was a class UP from what my insurance company contract was and promised me a different car the next day if I was unhappy with the car, which again was a supposed "upgrade".
