DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Worst customer service. I reserved a car to go to the airport. I called a week in advance to make sure they will have an SUV that I reserved. I was told they would put a note in the system and it will be no problem. I go to pick up the car and am told to wait bc they are cleaning cars. After 15 minutes I go to ask how long it will be and they tell me they have no car. I proceed to tell them I have a flight to catch but they don’t care. CAR NOT AS PREVIOUSLY PROMISED. A FORD PICKUP OR HUGE SUV IS NOT A COMPACT CAR.
Thanks Lena and Dalton for providing same day service! Busy location but they were able to accommodate my reservation canceled by Catonsville a few hours before pickup.
