Deceptive business practices doing a big story on this business stay away mistreatment poor customer service poor cars high miles cars 200,000 miles branch manager and all employees don’t work sit around a chit chat a 3 year old work faster then them poor who ever invested in this business they will lose all there money
The Lynbrook location was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The employees were friendly and professional. The vehicle was clean and ready for pick up.
The NY Lynbrook website stated that they had a 8-passenger vehicle upon reservation. When I reached to pick up the vehicle they stated they didn’t have any, causing our family to go on a wild goose chase all over other places searching for an office with 8-passenger vehicle. Since there wasn’t any one of our family member had to convoy in the trip. This cause a separation of drive duty for a trip that was 19hours each way.
