Very efficient in pick up & return of rental, friendly service
Had a confirmed reservation only to show up and be told they have no cars. Total waste of time.
Booked with one and half hour to collect On arrival , officer said the car not available Offer me much smaller sized car with higher price, only can do same price if I book straightaway, what a customer service , does not seem to be bothered either

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Enterprise Bethesda. I had booked a Chrysler Pacifica minivan months in advance, but just three weeks before my rental, they called to say the vehicle was affected by a recall and would no longer be available. Instead, they offered me an SUV, which is not even close to being a comparable replacement.
