The car given to me needed a wheel alignment. It pulled to the right while driving on the highway which made me nervous. Cars should be better checked. Otherwise service at desk was great. The car also smelled terrible. Needs airing out & car freshners.
The manager NANCY was so rude and disrespectful. How she is still working there is a surprise but I guess Enterprise doesn't care about respecting their customers. I had a reservation for a car from my insurance company. All they had was a tiny low to the ground car or a pick up truck. As I just had a bad accident I am in so much pain and could not get into that low to the ground car and a pickup!!! With gas prices and my being a senior citizen what was she thinking.
