They don't clean the cars, had multiple cars from this place every one of them was given to me dirty...!
I worked with Justin and he was very helpful. I also referred a friend who worked with Jill. Both Justin and Jill were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and offered options. Vehicle wad clean and dependable. 2025 Ram.
Horrible service at this location!! I called enterprise lindenhurst and asked what suvs they currently had available, and they said they had a dodge durango. Please take note that i'm driving 40 mins away from another location in patchouge and the service there was amazing! I told them it would be about a 40 min drive and I would be coming now and they said they would hold the durango for me. Always accommodating....I needed a long term rental for a job we booked to run our crew back n forth to the worksite... even after when we ran over on the jobsite workorder Enterprise was extremely fair on extending our rental. Patrick (though gone now) Justin and Jill are terrific 🥊
The branch manager Justin is extremely disrespectful and has no sense of professionalism or customer service to be working at this location. When I asked Justin to speak to his manager he denied me the information to speak to his manager and gave me the number of the general website 1800 Enterprise. He failed to provide me with information that needed to be advised to me as a paying customer and has now denied me the access to re-rent a vehicle in this branch because of a late payment that was paid due to me calling and incl... read more
