The employee that I worked with was very accommodating and willing to listen to my needs. Wasn't pushy. They were extremely professional with how they handle our interaction and transaction. Which I appreciate highly And will definitely return on my next car rental choice.
The staff was quick to find me an emergency rental 15 mins to closing!!!! The return was a breeze as well: the staff is very friendly: will definitely keep them in my mind for my next rental
Unfortunately, had a bad experience with the knowledge of the employees which cost me extra $150 in tolls, They have an EZ pass in the car that says you can use, but when they billed you its the full amount as if is charge by the plate. I specifically asked for that and they said i could use theirs and would be same as any ez pass.
My goodness!! And they say Gen Zs don’t have good customer service skills…. I was served by 2 absolutely wonderful young ladies. Transaction was smooth, quick and super efficient! Great vibes!!
