No stars if possible. Rented an unsafe vehicle to an member of the military on active orders for the military which needed an oil change and recall items. Rented suv for 51 days and the people at the burbank airport knew this and still put me in an sub standard car. Was told to bring back to airport which was rented from approximately 6-7 hours away round trip for an issue they were too lazy to correct before it was rented to me. I love the process, quick and easy.
Horrible experience and I still don’t even have my rental. I called ahead to let them know my flight was delayed and they were kind enough to say they would stay until 1am for me to pick up. I ran to get there and arrived at 12:40 to which no one was there, a employee pulled next to me in his car and told me rudely that no one was there to help me and I explain that I had until 1am but he just drove off.
