Worts Customer service. I booked a full Sedan meaning its Either Camry, Malibu or Altima but they give me Nissan Sentra and which is Compact sedan class. I respectfully request to get the Honda Accord and the lady said its premium class(lie) and because am 23 i cannot take that 😂. So unprofessional.
I was there on March 29, around 0700. There were 2 gentlemen helped me and they should get big raise. I reserved a compact and they gave me free upgrade to bigger size. I was greeted a smile and friendly service. I regretted that I didn’t remember their names. I have traveled and always use enterprise never this company never disappointed at once. That’s a 5 stars service right there. Always consistent and customer first. Thank you for another outstanding job Enterprise.
Everything was easy from start to finish. Our flight was delayed and I was able to go in the app and request a later drop off time.
I rented a vehicle through Enterprise at Burbank Airport. The car was damaged when we picked it up. Our check in person was aware of the damage and stated that he would document the damage. I took some photos and didn't think there would be a problem but now they're contacting me saying that I caused the damages. The vehicle was returned after hours because we had an early flight. Enterprise has won me over with how smooth this rental was. When I got the window at the Burbank airport it was just a couple questions and he directed me to the booth and when I got there the car was right there. I looked over the car and I was off. Very simple. Also, I rented the Ford Explorer and it was a very nice ride with some great cruising features. It has this feature where it monitors how far away you are from the car in front and slows down or speeds up to your set value.
