This review is of a new manager named Reese (sp?). He helped me out tremendously a few times at the Jackson, Ohio location and I’m disappointed to see him relocate to this location. He sets the standard on accommodations and troubleshooting as an enterprise manager!
I was given a Town & Country black seven passenger van to use as a rental vehicle. It was super clean when I got it and I returned the same way. They were more than happy to take care of a customer. I would use them if I ever needed a rental again
