They rented me a vehicle that clearly shows needed service on the dash. It has vibration when brakes are applied. Not fit for high ways, only risking life.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a confirmed reservation for 8 AM and received a call saying the car would be ready by 9 AM. I asked the manager, Shane, if he was sure, and he said yes. I showed up at 9, and the branch was closed. No one answered the phone. Staff finally arrived at 9:20 AM.
