Personnel was outstanding. Rented in Great Lakes. Absolutely would rent from them again.
I reserved a truck for a family funeral we had to attend and when I got there to pick up the vehicle it smelled terrible of smoke and marijuana and there was no other vehicle they could swap it for I spent over 2 hours cleaning the vehicle before we could even use it
