Very unprofessional and uncaring. Car was dirty and I was told no shuttle was available to take me to Toyota to pick up my car because both shuttles were out and they didn't know when a shuttle ride would be available.

Great rental office, professional and friendly staff. I had to make a last minute change from locations and was concerned that they did not get the information. The manager called me on the phone and assured me that I was good to go and a car would be waiting for me. I don't know many rental companies that would go out of their way to do that. Once I got the car, I wasn't left until I knew how to work the lights, etc. I didn't feel rushed. I will rent from this location again, worth every penny.

I recently rented a car from the Bowie location to take my daughter to a national track event through the week. We ran into major traffic coming back on the highway but still managed dropped the car off on the day designated to return. We were charged an entire extra day when the car was just sitting in their lot with the keys in the drop box. Beware: This location gives out unsafe vehicles and then disappears when you need help. We were given a car that was overdue for an oil change - the check engine light came on and the oil life was at 10% just two hours into our out-of-state road trip. We called the branch immediately and were left on hold for over 30 minutes, then disconnected. No one returned our calls.
