Enterprise is excellent but the car I had was a zero. Broke down in the middle of the road
Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car they scammed me for my money. They didn’t inform me that I had to bring the car to the location to cancel the insurance and I got charged for a bunch of days that I didn’t ask for biggest scam ever. And after they took the money out of my Account I still was not able to rent a car when I needed one again Because the payment didn’t reflect at the moment, so they literally put me through the ringer. We rented a 15-passenger Sprinter for our annual family Juneteenth celebration in North Carolina, and once again, the Bowie location did not disappoint!
