I am not sure what’s going on here. I rent from this location all the time because it is the most convenient to my home. More recently, the wait time is insane. There seems to be more people outside washing cars or whatever than working to check people in. My average wait times have been 40 mins and that’s after I have pre-checked in.
The entire rental process was quick and seamless. Customer service was excellent from office staff to shuttle drive. Would use them again in the future if I need a rental vehicle.
I sincerely appreciate the enterprise for renting out comfortable cars and less gas consumption to me,also I will like to recommend enterprise to anybody who need renter car.
