I have rented from this location several times and the service is great. Some of the staff has changed in the past few years, but everyone is always very helpful, friendly and efficient. I don't think I have ever spent more than 10 minutes to pick-up or return a car. They always find my reservation right away (unlike at other locations!) and they always have at least two cars for me to choose from, as opposed to just giving me one. It's 2016 and the Enterprise at 2643 Delaware Ave. Buffalo NY continues to be awesome. Some of the people has changed but the quality of service hasn't. I love the way they greet me when they pick me up and when I walk through their doors, they make me feel like family. I think they spoil me sometimes the way they go out of the way to make sure I'm pleased with the vehicle choice they made for me, if I'm not they just simply change it.
