It’s not the policy of using a credit card that I’m giving this place a one star review for - that’s pretty common among rental car agencies. Even though I’ve been able to rent cars with debit cards from other enterprise locations. I’m annoyed that no solutions were looked for or interested in - a complete disregard of the customer. There is enough competition in town that I don’t have to put up with it, it’s just really inconvenient and disappointing when I’ve built up a lot of trust with Enterprise over the years.
