Sat waiting to get picked up for an hour. By the time I called to find out where they were they couldn't get me as they were closing @ 1800. Said they called... They never did..booooooo Enterprise

If you're going to rent a car from Enterprise I love this location best. I've been renting there for at least 17 years. At the beginning it was twice or three times a month. But I still rent as often as I can. The little baby I picked up in PG county is now 18 years old and sometimes she wants to stay home with her mom. Anyway the staff is awesome, the cars or vehicles they have are great. They're always there to lend a hand with My Bluetooth and phone use. Very respectful and friendly. I rented from this location and the assistant who worked with me, Josh was amazing. He was extremely kind and attentive. Give this man a raise!
