The gentleman working at the desk gave me the run around from the time I called to confirm my rental until he had me driving to multiple locations and being dishonest. I would rather Lyft before I come back here to this location. Wasting gas and time was not on my plans and I’ve never had a car rental representative be so dishonest and tell me they had the car I needed and then when I arrive they don’t and they send me to other locations they “spoke to that had what I needed” just to find out it was all made up. Customer service A1. I didn't like the rental but that's just a personal quirk.
I didn't rent a car, but me and my daughter were stuck in the rain and they took their sweethearts. And they picked us up and drove us where we had to go. They didn't have to, but they didn't. Earnest and Nate get a car from them and rent with them.They're kind heart and they will make sure that whatever you need is taking care of again.This was the best experience and I didn't even rent a car.Thank you so much.
