Customer Service was nice. Cars were dusty. It looked like the last passenger had it for a week and it was turned over to me. The tank was below half - the outside and the inside was dusty. But I think I am starting to learn this is the standard here in Baltimore…just dusty and uncared for. Nice people, I just wouldn’t use this particular location again.
This location on Belair road in Baltimore Maryland left a special and impressive experience in my heart for myself and my family and friends. This was an emergency need of a rental truck and the staff at this Enterprise location went above and beyond to help with fixing that situation for myself and my family and I will be forever grateful and thankful for all that they did that day. God bless you all always and thank you so much.
I needed a car on a Saturday, the Enterprise location on Belair Road in Baltimore, Md was open and had cars available. The staff was super friendly, professional, and helpful at pickup and drop off. A great all-around experience. Enterprise is my number 1 choice in the Rental Car industry.
