It was very easy and the people at the store were kind and helpful.
Great selection even though I was a walk-in!, knowledgeable staff too. They showed how to operate the 16 ft. truck's lift and other driving safety issues before I left.
I was renting a vehicle to surprise my mom and planned on renting a Mustang. I simply asked a genuine question about how many miles per gallon it gets, and I received a very passive-aggressive reply: "Well, it's not a Prius." That was a very bitter experience. Do you think I don't know that? However, Hayden Byers, on the other hand, has been one of the best employees I've met at Enterprise and made up for the bad experience the first employee made me feel.
