Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I reserved a vehicle about a month in advance only to get a phone call the day of reservation to inform me vehicle is not available after just 2 days earlier they had confirmed my reservation no consideration at all of at least giving me a enough time to find another option simply irresponsible!
Great staff. Polite and welcoming. For a busy location, I had less than a 2 minute wait to be helped.
