Love renting from here whenever i need a long distance ride, all cars on the lot are literally brand new. Staff is very kind and inviting, will definitely book from enterprise again.
The staff is honestly great and supportive for the most part. However, I was given an unexpected charge and after calling about multiple times there was never any resolve or follow-up call explaining the situation. While I am greatful for how easy and quick it was to actually get a car, I didn't like how there was an unexpected charge as well as no explanation. I would have rather be given a reason for the charge and accepted that than weeks of no answers until just giving up.
The user experience!!- the human element. I booked a reservation on third-party booking site that said I could pick the car up at one. Problem is that enterprise Saturday hours closed at 1 PM. It’s not a problem when you have Julio and his team in Santa Cruz. They made an allowance to take care of the customer and that’s how you create customers for life. Thanks for getting us out the door and on road for weeklong rental instead of waiting till Monday.
I've rented from here several times. The staff have always been super polite and helpful, and I've never had any unexpected charges or fees.
I've leased vehicles there for many years.I have to say they are the best rental company I've ever dealt with.I've used them for family deaths when I had to go see funerals those were all last minute rentals , and they've always got me a car , nothing but respect , but of course , that's what santa cruz is all about
