Oct 24, 2025 I attempted to make a payment first thing in the morning but was told my card declined even though I had $300 on the card. Never had a problem for 2 months that I was renting until now. As many times as I tried to call you guys kept hanging up on me. Plus I had a flat tire tried to call 1 hour before y’all close got hung up on two more times. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They apologized for wait even though I only waiting about 10 minutes and mind you it's on a weekend and 1 hour before closing so it was expected. I will be renting again. Thank all of you.
