Terrible experience
The office staff at this location are quite good at their jobs and are the main reason I didn't give a 1 or 2 star review. Unfortunately the people at Enterprise behind them are not good at their jobs. The first car I was given had an oil leak. So I had to swap out the car the next day and it left oil stains on our driveway and another family members driveway. I called Enterprise customer support about that they wanted me to do with the car leaking oil. I offered to drive it back to the rental location, but I presumed they'd... read more
