I showed up to pick up a vehicle and was told that what I selected on the website doesn’t work with this location. “They don’t do that in this area and that’s just the corporate website.” Felt like a bait and switch situation considering I couldn’t switch. The kid helping me could care less. Disappointed.
Our go to car rental company
DO NOT USE AP Enterprise. Still waiting for rental 10 days since hail storm. I called them for an update twice. The 2nd time I was told they wouldn't be getting cars anytime soon and (rudely) my reservation noted they'd left me a message with that info. Really? No message, no missed call, carrier says no call shows on their end. Dude had correct number. I've been an ENTERPRISE customer in CC for over 40 yrs. Too bad. I have no time, or money, for liars.
one of the most poorly run locations i’ve ever had the displeasure of attempting to reserve from. their main location doesn’t send them enough vehicles for what they reserve for them and regardless of reservation times, they run on a first come, first served basis. two days in a row our reserved vehicles were rented to someone else. and the associates, particularly mario, are so nonchalant it’s actually disgusting.
