Katie Leslie and tanner Pedersen held me up for nearly an hour about insurance coverage. The policy clearly states you don’t need to buy coverage to rent. I was not able to rent a vehicle and I was greatly inconvenienced by these 2 ppl. They are definitely at this location playing racial games with ppls business.
Marcus absolutely CRUSHED it for me. Even took the time to call me that evening to make sure all went well. Over-the-top service.
Very friendly people and they helped us find a vehicle they gave us extension when we needed it the staff there are friendly I definitely recommend coming to this place I know I keep coming back
