Had an excellent experience at this location, wish they were all this smooth. From the beginning, Anthony, Logan and their team were incredibly kind and professional. I made my reservation just an hour before pick-up, and even then they did their best to get everything ready as quickly as possible. Really appreciated their friendliness and teamwork—definitely will be renting from them again!

I recently rented a vehicle from the St Louis location. The guy said it was cleaned and ready to go. It wasnt until I left the location to get to my destination that I started noticing how filthy it was inside. It looked as if someone shook a bottle of soda, opened it and let it spray all over the inside. There was a brown sticky substance all over the front windows, dash board, ceiling and floor. I rented from Enterprise before at other locations and never had this issue.
Horrible experience at this location. Called yesterday to get a car reserved, and was told we would be getting an SUV. Apparently the call center and the actual stores don’t communicate because we were given TOTALLY different terms and responses. The store was unhelpful, and the manager was condescending and made snide comments. Omg! This place has really been nice to me. I was in a car accident and my car got totaled. When I say Anthony, Marcus, Logan, has been really good to me. They have really showed much love. I've been out of a vechule for a little over 6 months due to the accident and job situation and they were able to help me. When I say I give them 5 stars but they really deserve 10 stars. Keep up the good work the team on Washington Street 👏 👍
