I have had this rental vehicle for approximately a month and a half, and my overall experience has been extremely difficult. I previously experienced serious issues with my rental, which I reported and addressed with Enterprise. Rented a car for one day, was very easy and simple process, the people were super helpful and made it easy and fast
The experience was horrible. I came to this location because my Mercedes was damaged, and they didn't even greet me. I arrived between 5:10 PM and 5:15 PM today. One thing I noticed is that the gentleman in the building did not greet anyone except older white people; I found it odd. I watched the one guy with dark hair upgrade multiple white people's rental vehicles because I had to leave and come back with my credit card. After all, he said they did not take Tap to Pay.
