A special shoutout to Cat, who was amazing so helpful, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. It's rare to get that level of genuine, attentive service, and it made the whole rental experience stand out. Reserved a vehicle in advance, they called day before and confirmed they would have it for me, showed up to pick it up and didn’t have the vehicle. They weren’t even trying. Said so sad to bad basically. Terrible service and zero compassion. Jordan is a terrible representative of Enterprise! Never again and I rent vehicles once a week but will not use enterprise again.
when I picked up the car it was clear car had not been detailed or vacuumed ,very dirty SUV both inside and outside ,looked very unkept ,very high mileage for a rental car approaching 70K,2024 ford expedition, on starting the car belt was very squeaky told the attendant he said it was okay and no other SUV like that onsite did not have much of a choice ,on the drive when you get to 75 -80 miles on the freeway car starts shaking violently ,either the wheels have issues or needs alignment ,i told the attendant this on my retur... read more
