Friendly staff, nice rental cars. I was able to return a car to a different location that was closer home. Only con is that it's impossible, at times to reach them on the phone.
Horrible experience. I booked a 8 passenger premium suv 3 months in advance for a family vacation to Tennessee. 2 days before pickup I got a call from the local office i booked at to confirm my rental. I asked several times if they had the premium suv I booked in stock and ready for me before the pickup date. We rented an SUV in Dallas and drove to Ohio for a week long vacation here. Along the way we became aware the windshield wiper fluid pump wasn't working. After 4 days of phone call after phone call with corporate and road side assistance they told us this location would help swap us out with our problem. We were promised the moon and stars, but they never even got off the ground.
