I got into an accident on Nov. 20th, and went to Enterprise because Progressive customers are eligible for discounted rates. They were low on vehicles, so they comped me an SUV for the standard rate, which I was appreciative of. The totaling process took some time, and I spent some time looking for another vehicle. Ultimately, I spent 71 days in the rental, and I communicated solely with Krista who's the branch mgr I believe. Her attention to detail and customer service was amazing.
