Service and all was not great. First car smelled like weed and the hood was damaged and the seat belt didnt work, then a lady demanded early payment to trying to over charge on fuel. Over all horrible services at the west market street location .

I was in a rental with this Enterprise for 2 weeks and the time here made this experience that much easier. After being in an accident and having to rent out of pocket for a vehicle, this team here made the process so much easier on me. I cannot thank them enough! Thank you Krista, McKenna, and Rich for a great car renting experience and far exceeding any of my needs! I will gladly be back if the need arises and will be referring anyone I know’
