Great customer service and very polite.
First we go to pickup the car and as we are going over the paperwork they spring it on us there is an additional $300 deposit in case we do not bring the rental car back. Now there was no mention of this deposit on the website when we reserved the car. This is not a good business practice. Also the car was 10,000 miles over it's maintenance check so the message warning kept coming on. We checked the oil it was so black. Enterprise Rental in Bristol, TN. I made a reservation for a vehicle on Thursday night & was suppose to pick it up on Friday morning the next day @9am. The automated system let me do all of this but when I got to the location the people that worked there said they would have to wait for someone to cancel there reservation or send me to another location to get a available vehicle. So I did not get to get a rental car for my trip I had planned. The automated system needs updated.
