Sam was very nice and went above and beyond! The rental car was clean and drove well. Really good price and I will definitely be back!
Worst customer service ever!!! All of the employees seem to be so called “managers” so you cannot speak to someone who will take responsibility for the wrong information you received. Even if you provide them with the name of the person who has given you the incorrect information they just dismiss it and blow it off by telling you it is because the employee you spoke with is new. Personable and knowledgeable would best describe the employees. Best place to rent a car in SLC.
Good place and somewhat cheap. But they don't work with you on any damages and overcharge. I'm a mechanic myself and they're charging me $2300 for a scratch. Will me sueing
